Now I know everyone loves D: , but what does it actually mean? Smilies such as :D or :( are very easy to understand, but D: is just confusing. I am posting this thread because I do not want to get into any embarassing situations or offend somebody by using the D: smiley in the wrong context.

For example:

Forum person 1: Here is a funny picure of a funny thing on the intarnet!
Jangle: D: D: D:
Forum person 1: I hate you Jangle, you are a right wally. Grrr.
Forum person 2: I agree. Jangle is bad. I reckon we should find his address and go to his house and steal his lovely posessions and feed them to goats.
