Ok, so I just looked at those ss's of the DirectX 7/8/9 comparisons.

I have a DirectX 8 Video card (Geforce 4 TI 4200) but mine looks more like the DirectX 9 screenshot.

For example, here's a screenshot I took:

I know it's not the same area as the one on the main site (here) but it looks like I have many more effects than the ss shown in the news section.

What do you guys think?
