They've been asked this before. One person said it is something they'll look into, and another said they have no plans to add any other payment methods.

Although i would like Valve to accept other payments, Steam isn't the only way to get the game, you can also go to a shop who'll take all sorts of payment methods, therefore Valve aren't undercutting Vivendi.
