Have you find any? The only i have found is the whining couple that is a floor under you. They do not like kleiner.

If it counts I've found sound files in the GCF for Alyx that involve her talking about a Combine most wanted list with Eli on it, something to do with Breen busts(?) and how it's like we stumbled into the citadel gift shop, and her talking about someone keeping a secret museum and there being treasures of human history.

I still don't know where these are used ingame though. I'm still looking. If they are even there at all. :|

It's shortly after you fall through the floor into a zombie infested room..

Leave that room then turn your flash light in the next room, and look for a crack in the floor.
