Elevator at black mesa east

I get all decontaminated and follow her to the elevator. The elevator gets there, she stops talking and thats it. I get on the elevator and nothing happens and she keeps standing there. Any ideas?

Tried restarting the chapter, didnt work. No i dont have steam, its a pirated copy. suppose ill just buy the real deal...thanks anyway
