Face Posing

Anyone know how to face pose in the editor?
I want a dead scientist to have a dead face instead of a happy face when he is dead :dozey:

Can you never be bothered to figure anything out for yourself?! Or maybe read the documentation?

When these tools are given out we know as much you do, but we figure things out...we're not just born with a knowledge of the Source SDK. Play with it, read the documentation...search online...then ask questions in forums.
