The link points to a firing squash interview with David Kirk a Cheif Scientist at Nvidia. They ask him a few questions about Half Life 2 performance issues. Kirk states that its not a Hardware problem when asked about the performance problem with Half-life 2. He says that the current Nvidia drivers arn't optimized to run fast. He also says that they will be using the new card operation layout (larger memory sets and larger frame buffers) for their next card designs.
