uhm, just one question I have for now, I'm about to format my pc and it's been a long time since I did this so I forgot some things, after I format, will I have to install my motherboard BIOS or something? if no, is there any way to do that? I mean, unninstalling the motherboard BIOS and reinstalling it?

your motherboard bios stays in your bios chip, not your harddrive, so you don't have to worry about that getting erased.

your motherboard chipset DRIVERS, drivers for integrated periphreals, etc on the other hand, you'll want to install after you install windows.

general rule when installing from a fresh format that me and others follow is this:

install OS -> install motherboard chipset drivers -> install rest of motherboard integrated device drivers(lan, audio etc) -> install important windows updates(sp2, vulnerability fixes) -> install video driver -> fix refresh rates(refreshforce)

and then you're ready to run your games and apps optimally
