Funny/Stupid Customer

I work at Future Shop which is basically the Canadian version of Best Buy except we're better than Best Buy lol, but yeah today one of the techs that works at my store showed me a letter that was attached with a laptop. Pretty funny yet sad on the customers part lol So I guess this guy thought he could install the RAM in his laptop himself, it's great because on the back of the paper he attached all the extra screws and he must have had a measuring tape because he knew what size the screws were lol
