I spotted G-Man chatting to someone in sand traps, in that house wheres "combines binoculars" attached to window. When you look with it you could see people walking & doin things, but you could notice g-man chatting to someone in a half-destroyed building.
Who could be that guy, g-man is talking to?

Hmm now i understand, and then cubbage gives it to me. But why G-man didnt come himself and give it straight to me? :) (okay okay, he didnt know that freeman was poking around, coz cubbage were giving rpg to some others, but then saw freeman)

He's not supposed to "directly interfear". At least not until you've nuked everything.

Is he really giving the RPG to Cubbage, because I've never noticed this happen? I think they're just talking

I would have to agree that he is giving him the rpg, but if the gman is testing you in a sense it would be wrong for him to interfear, i guess like Jintor says its not directly but still....the mind plays tricks, damn you valve and your genius, perhaps we will find out in the expansion...Or is this a test by valve? see how many of us talk about it whilst they laugh at our stupidty :)

I did no clip, and flew over there. He is just standing there talking to Cubbage. No RPG is sight.

An RPG never physically changes hands, it's just speculation.

Oh ok, I see. Where does this speculation derive from?

From the fact that when you drop by he happens to have an RPG and a gunship appens to be about.

Perhaps Cubbage is just offering his good lad G-Man a cuppa tea? :)

On a more serious note, I think G-Man might have been telling Cubbage that Gordon is coming by, but then again, Shorepoint Base (the previous resistance point) could've told Cubbage this as well, via the radio. I don't think G-Man would've just given Cubbage the RPG. Cubbage appears to have had the RPG for quite some time, and he seems to be an expert on it, as he is teaching the Vortigaunt and the Rebel how to use it. G-Man could've told Cubbage to give Gordon his RPG, because it is a crucial tool, and he will need it not only at NLO, but on the path ahead as well.

or the gman is telling cubbage to give freeman the rpg (!). this might be what i said(about that everything was planned).

OR they're just chatting with each other, i mean... gman do have a social life, does he?

I don't think he has. I bet he spends all his time just coding and watching re-runs of Star Trek

I doubt they would be so calmly chatting about something like that, he would start running and preparing or something..
