G-Man Locations not in the Prima Guide

So far I've found him three times in places not in the guide; I'm on "Follow Freeman!"

When you meet the vortiguant and the human in the beginning of the game.
The vortiguant gives power to the television that are displaying G-man, but when you come the vortiguant stops and the the screen turns black.

Heh, I noticed that too, like an hour ago and took a screen. But if you wait for a few minutes you can tell it's not him.
