Huh, never noticed the shape. But it probably doesn't mean anything, since that would make GlaDOS a giant, considering each of those eyes are about the size of Chell's head..

In a more metaphorical sense, it is indeed a highly convincing image, and it would indeed be interesting to find out there's a human part of GlaDOS. Remember, she was part of 'an experiment' with Aperture.
