How to launch Garry's mod when i start the instal it says that steam is not instaled but i have steam instald and a accaunt but still does't work well it instals the Gmod but i dont see it on steam.Any ideas???

Make sure it's installing into the right directory, in the steam/steamapps/sourcemods folder the Gmod file needs to go. So when it asks make sure it's going in there. When you start steam it should show up.

But my steam does't have SourceMods even i created a folder by my self but does't work.Can i launch it through a exe or bat or some thing else?Please help i realy whant to try Gmod.
