i am not sure what i am sopsed to do, i am where the cars are and i have killed all the zombies and i have got on a car to an upper ledge and into a building and i see little spider things but there is glass there and i cant get through, i just need to know what to do

I need help again, i have been going all over this map, i am where you get the shotgun, i have an idea of how to do it but i am not sure if i am right, i am thinking jumping from the roof into this big watertower thing, i just dont know if i wouold amke it, cuase there is a ladder from that. i need to know where i am sopsed to go and how to get t here
