hi, i have language problem in episode 1

hi. i am from Turkey. My half life episode 1 is russian language. i dont have english language txt files. i tried change russian language to german. i deleted closecaption_english file and rename closecaption_german. but when i start game texts are russian. i chanced 2 file type: closecaption, episodic. now weapon names, map names are english but subtitles are russian. thank you for help. i need english txt file i think. (sorry for my english ;( )

i have steam it connect internet. but my brother deleted txt file by mistake. i was trying translate my language.

The language files are stored inside of the source engine.gcf, and there is no known way to edit contents of *.gcf files, unless your brother is a hacker. Why don't you just get the game? It's only $10 on the Steam.

in my town nowhere arent sell original game. every pc shops sells pirate game. much more people dont know what is original cd. i must go metropols for buying original game .

i said i have money. i am able to buy game but in my city i cant. there isn't any original game seller in my town. all shops sell copied cd's .

i changed my custom txt file to original txt file. it changes text's language in half life 2. i need now half life episode 1's english language. can you upload C/games/valve/episodic/resource/closecaption_english file ? ( but i dont sure to works in hl2ep1 )
