Anybody experiencing this error; I figured out what causes it.
I cheap or defaulty (or soon to be defaulty) CD rom drive can have problems reading the disks provided to us by Vivendi (whatever 3rd party vendor they use to press these disks sucks)
I had multiple erriors in multiple places during instalation. I tried 3 times, each time a different disk had errors.
So, I tried it in my brand new 16X Sony DVD burner drive. It worked perfectly the first time, for all 5 disks.
The one that failed was my ASUS CD rom drive.
If you get this error, try using a different drive (hopefully you have that luxury)
