How to make a seesaw?

I don't suppose anyone knows how to create a functional seesaw, or a tutorial that explains same?

if a seesaw is the same as a teetertotter, take a prop_physicsand stick a physi_hinge in the middle of it. for object1 or whatever put in the name of your physics object and then set up the axis however you like
