Any suggestions? I try lots of things, self hypnosis (rather, self suggestion that i'm getting calmer and more tired etc), listening to calming music before and while I try it, but sometimes, like now, I just can't. This sucks. I have to get up for school in 3 hours.

They say insomnia does wonderful things to creativity though.. But I dunno.. i hate not sleeping.
