I need a little help with HAMMER

so I got that vid that shows a tutorial for making a basic room in hammer and I got to the part when it had you make the entity "info_player_counterterrori" or "info_player_terrorist" and I made it and placed it where I wanted then I went to test the map so I started the test run and when it started I clicked counter-terrorist and it says that the team is full when I made the entity and I new it was there.

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

Make the start positions slightly above your ground. If they are touching or in the ground it will say the teams are full.

thanks, I think I did have them directly on the ground.
