hmmm well i cant tell if it actually looks crappy cuz im on my grandpas computer. he has a nVidia 5200 fx. so everything looks like sheeite!

HL2 is really great. I remember back when I had my Geforce 3, I was all worried, so I tried the CS:S Beta and the Stress Test.. and I got semi low FPS at all high settings, but a constant good FPS at all medium.. and that's with the Geforce 3.

No one really has reason to worry about their computer not running it, unless you own a TNT or something.

hey thadius, did u get an engine.dll error when u installed it in your machine? cause i tried installing it on my old pc which has a tnt2 and it got an engine.dll error message, so i though it might be because of the pc's specs... its like pentium 3, 800mhz, 256ram lol

hahaha thats cool. does it run smoothly on your pc? can u post screenies? i guess the engine.dll error isnt related to the pc specs... does anyone know how to fix this?
