I've been running for quite a while and just started doing some nice hill training a couple of times a week along with a nice 2mile run 3 times a week, anyway, just been to a 90minute session of full contact Jeet Kun Do and i am absolutely knackered, i have never sweated so much in my entire life and my hands are still shaking.
If you want to get fit, and i mean seriously fit, join a boxing club or some sort of full contact or semi-contact martial arts club...:|
