Is OICW from leaked beta? I didn't see it in the game :F

Was the Pulse rifle meant to be OICW?

Apparently the OICW was a pre-release of the ITC. But of course the IRT decided it wasn't the best idea so they OP'd it and than there was a bunch of legal RH.

If you ask me it's a bunch of PQW but I don't think many people will be asking a RFU.

So the whole issue has gone RFA and should be TRC'd.
