Is this a bug?

Is jumping in the citadel disabled after they leave me with nothing but the GravityGun? Is this a bug? Something wrong with my install?

this happened to me too.
i had to noclip just so i could go over a 3 foot wall.
is there a fix??

Glad to hear it's not just me... sort of. How do I apply a no-clip? Is there a console to enter commands?

Nevermind - I kept using debris and other stuff I found to create makeshift steps :E
