Ok here are a few tricks I have found and taught to myself over the last 3 days.

Steps to watch the pwn.

1. Download these .dem files

2. Unzip place in Steam\SteamApps\[email protected]\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp

2. Open up HL2 Deathmatch and bring up console with ~ key.

3. Type playdemo and then the name of my demos.

If you are short on time then I would recommend watching josh5.dem
