lost account information

I fired up steam for the first time in a while to play counter-strike source which I bought online. I can't remember my password for the account. I tried to go through the process to reset my lost password, and the steam app told me it sent an email to my original contact email address. It's been 24 hours and I still do not have that email. I have another account that I bought half-life and counter strike 1.6 with, and I can log into that fine, but I thought i'd try the same thing with that account to test it, so I tried to reset that password and don't have an email on that account either. It seems like the process to reset lost passwords from steam is broke! Help please.

Are you sure the e-mail account you used for the Steam account is correct? Maybe you subscribed it to a different e-mail account that you might have forgotten about.

If you still can't find the password/e-mail account, send a Support Ticket to Steam Support. Link : Steam Support
What you should include is the following:
-Username (If you don't remember, include possible usernames)
-Possible passwords
-E-mail account (Also include possible other e-mail accounts you used)
-CD-key
-If possible, a photograph of the receipt.
-Also, if you bought it with a credit card over Steam, give them the card number (Watch out for fraud, though).
