Making curves

Can anyone explain on how to make simple curves?

for example like this:

use the arch or cylinder tool. use the spike tool to make cones, and the sphere tool to make spheres

where exactly is the arch tool?

select the brush tool, then look down bottom right of hammer. there's a dropdown that says 'primitives' and one below that says 'block'. change the block to arch

you really should check out some of the hammer intro tutes out there (including some video tutes) before posting here because this is ultra-basic stuff
