On no. the fan-fiction is much, much worse. Images can be blurred from your memory over time. But some things you read you can never forget.

Every christian activist I've ever been around *this is Southern Missouri....explains alot I think* and Harry Potty is Satan to most. "Witchcraft is the tools of the devil, and that's all Harry Potter teaches our young'ns."

Oh well, I never liked those books anyway, so let them complain about whatever :P

Usually "the church" refers to Catholic official papal rulings and sayings, so I was like yeah, when was Harry Potter condemned :rolleyes:

A couple crackpots does not equal the church.

unfortunately, this reminds me of som many things... a woman yelling at a man in a car for nearly hitting her kid after she had let the kid run out into the street, etc.

of course, stupid me, I didn't realize it was a joke until after I raed the thread, but when I read the quote, I couldn't help but thinking, maybe people shouldn't be so goddamn stupid :|
