Ok, I've been waiting for a good HL2DM map reviews site to pop up for quite some time already. Sadly, it seems that it hasn't really happened, and since I haven't seen anyone talking about such a thing anywhere, I figured it won't happen anytime soon either.
So I guess it's time to take matters in my own hands.
Who would like to start a decent map reviews site with me?
Do you remember RADIUM, from the very beggining of HLDM and TFC? Yeah, that's the level of quality I'm talking about.
If the passion for custom mapping isn't enough to inspire people to do this, those hl2files.com map packs fiascos should be more than enough. People should be able to KNOW which maps are crap and which maps are works of art.
Little problem though: I'm from Brazil, so playtesting maps would be kinda complicated.
Anyway, even if I don't end up being part of this, I just want to get people started on the idea of a map reviews site. It's about time for us to have one.
(I bet I'll look really stupid if people start saying there are already a couple of these, but as far as I know, I haven't seen any. Snarkpit.com isn't really the kind of thing I'm talking about)
