Mech Malice Needs You!

The Mech Malice Team is looking for mappers! We currently have 2 coders, 2 mappers, 2 skinners, and 2 sound guys. The maps are going to be celshaded looking so we will be using a lot of custom textures. We also need animators and more modellers. How about a mech type mod? Along the lines of Gundam Wing and Evangalion and Rahxephon. I have a coder and 2 skinners and a website designer so far. We need modellers and animators. Also we need sound editors.


IDEA: There will be 2 seperate life bars. One for the mech the other for the pilot. You have to eject to save the pilot. If the pilot dies in multiplayer it takes a min to respawn to discourage people that eject from killing themselves to respawn as a mech. If you eject you can go and pilot tanks or aircraft located in bases. The bases can be destroyed by the mechs. People get points for kills and destruction of bases. The bases can also be destroyed by ejected mech pilots. We will also eventually include singleplayer. The mod will be celshaded to preserve the feeling of anime. Celshading looks like Jet Grind Radio and Zone of the Enders The Second runner if you were wondering. The working title is Mech Malice. We are probably going to change that though. We have a very clear idea and are looking for a team to expand the idea with.

TEAM WE NEED: Need another Skinner, 2 modellers, 2 animators, we need one sound guy(needs to watch anime and know how to rip sounds from it), and 3 good mappers. All of these people should prolly know what anime at least is lol. Well if your in post. If you think its a good idea post. How far is it now? Any modelling/texturing?
 
We have concepts but they are not uploaded yet. We are waiting to start texturing and mapping till the HL2 SDK is released. We are currently looking for a modeller. We unfortunately havent found one yet we are working on it though.
