In this thread we post our favorite resources that have aided us in our music compositions.
1. Lucytune - Music website with very interesting music concepts and theories. Also contains 669 music scales - most being theoretical.
2. Composing Music: A New Approach - Fascinating book dealing with many fundamental aspects of the music creation process. It is a must read for any serious aspiring musician. The first few pages deal with chord progressions and harmony, but then it goes on to melody, and other less known concepts (isomelody, organum, et al).
