My games stuck...

After running from the guards in the beginning, then getting knocked out and rescued by that one girl, your suppose to take the elevator to the next part. I get on the elevator, but nothing happens.

Any suggestions?

I've noticed, whenever someone has a problem with the game, you are mostly the first person to post and you always ask this thing...lolz

Is there something like a dead soldier blocking the elevator door? that happened to me once, although it didn't stop the doors from closing on him resulting in a huge cloud of smoke for some reason.
