In my area there is a grown man, otherwise known as nappy man, who wears only a nappy and shows people his 'jolly roger' whilst chasing them. According to the news, he has mental problems and if somebody sees him they should return to their home, lock their doors and call the police. I'm quite scared as my brother just saw him on the green about 30 metres from my house. Needless to say, he came home as fast as possible.
