For quite some time, rather all my life, I've never had a real interest in politics, nor will I ever have. However, it seems all the ignorant people in this world don't realize a few things. First off, homosexual marriage. To begin with, why the hell are politics talking about something that can be discussed on another date when our own economy needs to be evaluated better. Homosexuality, of course it does put a bad image in your mind, but should we really need to worry about this? Why does the government keep making references to the bible on how it's not allowed. I thought government and religion were meant to be separate? Obviously it doesn't pertain to the government themselves.

As well, because it's a sin, these people are basically telling me that they haven't lied in their whole life or had sex before they were married (Both, according to the bible, are sins)? You seriously have got to be kidding me. If every single person in this world had to abide by such rules, there probably wouldn't be a human race again because of all the trials, not counting the Mormons.

Another thing; abortion. I understand this is controversial but I am not really choosing sides. However, isn't it some ones choice to have sex without wearing a condom? Of course it is. So this means if they were stupid enough not to have safe sex they should kill the child because of their stupidity? I think not. I understand it should be your right to have a child removed if you were raped, but for idiots like those, of course not. But then again if you were raped you hadn't listened to your mother and were out past curfew...

Now onto the presidential candidates. Before I start, let me just say, I could care less who wins, I am just bringing up the ignorance in these people.

Let's start off with good-boy Bush. Well, not much to say, rather than he has no real idea on how to control a country without going to his home style type and going and blowing those bastards away.

Kerry, god damn this guy creeps me out. He just gives off that vibe as if he is Satan himself waiting to take over the world when he gets the chance. As well, does he not realize he does not have the money to do these things that he is planning on doing. How stupid can you get? Trying to make people happy by giving them money that he can't give them (interpret it). Wow...

As well, why the hell don't these bastards bring something new up? Quit worrying about other countries and help our own country before we start sending more money and food supplies to other people because they 'suffer'. A big serious what the ****. Have they not been down to the Bronx, or see the poverty in such states as Texas? Guess not...

Oh well, politics suck and and these people can never get over themselves. Overall, their isn't a real choice. Ralph Nader and his independent ideas, **** that. George Bush and his good-boy attitude, **** that. John Kerry and his ideas that he doesn't understand he can't pay for. **** that. There really has been no choice, as stated before, they bring the same ideas up all the time. Just for the heck of it, one last **** that.

That's really interesting. Bush have been doing exactly that, spending money he didn't have. That's called "deficit spending" and eventually it comes around and bites you in the ass. How is Kerry is going to get rid of Bush's deficit? I have now idea. Unless he appoints David Copperfield as the secretary of treasury to perform a disapperaing act on the deficit he'll have to raise taxes. He promised not to raise taxes on middle class and there's only one good reason to believe that. He didn't ask to read his lips.

I agree that same-sex marriage shouldn't be the huge issue it is in today's election.

I'm disgusted by racism. I find it disgusting because it undercuts the ideals of freedom and equality, concepts this nation was built on and thus harms society, which I am a part of.

I'm disgusted by animal abuse. I find it disgusting because I feel a stong emotional attachment to animals due to my childhood experiences with them. Also, I find it disgusting because I find unnecessary violence to be harmful in general.

I'm disgusted by rape. I find it disgusting because it violates the basic rights of a human being by forcing them to do something against their will. It also can cause severe emotional and psychological harm to the victim, who I feel empathy for.

Ya, I'm not a big fan of anal sex either and I don't think I'll ever partake in it. I'm just responding to people saying homosexuals are disgusting. Nobody mentioned anal sex, which as you pointed out is practiced by both gay and straight individuals. They're not the same thing. Plus, I haven't met very many men that find lesbians disgusting.
