PerPixel's SMD exporter

Unfortunately, the link http://games.nad.qc.ca/smd_export.zip is 404 now, so I was wondering if anyone had a mirror up somewhere that I could grab it from?

(Couldn't find it with teh Google. And I know there's Cannonfodder's exporter, but I need PerPixel's since apparently it's more robust.)
