Does anyone have any idea where this might be located, or are portal's game files included in the the halflife2.fgd?

They usually are in D:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\[username]\sourcesdk\bin, but didn't find anything myself . I tried Refresh SDK Content, but no luck there either. I think the most up to date ep2 code and fgd's are not yet included into the current SDK, but we will have to wait for some time.
