Question on HL2 Gold

Is this the same with the posters, hat, and stickers and stuff but just $10 cheaper? http://www.walmart.com/catalog/prod...&path=0:2636:103102:95337:95340&xsell=3308530 It does not state whether it includes the tuff steams package does. I am skeptical on this because it is 10 bucks cheaper.

the collector's edition is entirely seperate from the steam gold package. aside from the hl2, cs source & hl1 source, the contents are completely different.
