For roughly 10 days i've abstained from masturbation (i've been planning to perhaps stop the habit completely) while working out extra intensively, practically doing cardio or working out every single day.
there's no doubt my testosterone levels have increased, but I'm curious whether it's entirely positive or not so to speak to keep it this way for prolonged periods.
Does the body counter periods of 'excessive' testosterone with estrogen or something like that and reducing testosterone in an unhealthy/bad way? is it unhealthy/unproductive for the metabolism or muscle building?
