Recruiting Admins for L4D Server

I am looking for individuals who are mature and responsible. These people need previous administration experience in source game servers. They also need to be active in the gaming community. A requirement is that they play on the server and try and help populate it.

Is it hard to develop a community around a specific server in a game thats designed for 4-8 players? I mean I can understand if its a shared group with quite a few servers, but one alone sounds tough.
