'Say' to zombie..?

I searched, and I don't think this has been posted. Either I'm tired, or being an idiot.. but in this pic of a zombie on fire, why's does it have 'Say' on screen:

it's actually "Saved" asin in Game Saved, it's just most of it is concealed due to the fire.
