how can i get the smod? I saw it and it has awesome blood effects. What does it require? Can i download it? Where?

Although having nothing to do with Garry's Mod, a quick Google found this: http://www.smod-tactical.com/ and http://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/SMOD.
I've heard of this mod before, but unfortunately have never played it. Seeing as it isn't developed anymore, I cant tell you if it works or not. I guess you'll just have to download it and see what happens!
