Some server option questions...

I have already added just about all of the options I can find into the settings.scr file for deathmatch, but I still can't figure out a few things. I want to be able to show options for enabling/disabling certain weapons in the "create server" options box. I can't find a console command that will do this, though.

Also, I want to find a way to control which weapons the players start out with. Same problem though..can't find any console command that might do this.

Btw, is there a way that the crowbar can be used in DM?

This would probably need to be done through a server config. I don't know exactly how, but I doubt it can be done through the console.
