It HL2: EP2 when you die, the nearby friendlies usually say something, i.e. Alyx will say "Look Out!" for some reason...Griggs and/or Sheckley will say "Spread the word", any others that you lot have noticed?
 
This also happened in HL2 and ep1 , its ancient. Im pretty sure it was in HL1 too.
 
I don't die in the game, so I wouldn't know. It's not exactly super challenging - and that's not being "e-tough", that's just stating a fact. It's like saying that every time you crashed your car, your sisters nose bled - the bleeding nose isnt particularly interesting, it's the fact that you crash your car often enough to discover that useless gem. Same with dying in the game.

I just call 'em like I see 'em.
 
Yeah , cause your ultra-mega leet and never EVER die in a game...

Its easy to die when you dont realise how much better hunters are on hard mode when your used to easy mode

Alyx will also say in Ep1 (when you fall of the cliff): "Watch out!" or "Gooordon!"
 
Kinda reminds me of "SNAKE? SNAKE! SNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE!!!!"
 
I always imagined snake pointing a gun at whoever was screaming his name then pulling the trigger when i clicked continue.

It sometimes makes me feel so angry for some reason.
 
It's only been inactive for two weeks, lay off him. The whole reason people usually get angry about old threads being dug up is that it clutters up the first page of the forum. This one was on the first page anyway.

He was talking to me. And for the record im not angry its just that threads like this should have died ages ago. Its just going way off topic. I suppose its just a pet peeve of mine.
