As I sit here now, I feel like puking. :p Went and had my blood pressure checked and I was shocked to discover that I had quite a high systolic pressure rate. :p I feel absolutely terrible. Short of breath, sweaty, and all around like a fat, un-healthy bastard. :p I'm changing that starting tomorrow.

A 3 mile power walk regimine at least three times a week to start with and I'm cutting sugars completely. (I never eat much sweet stuff to begin with, just loads of sweet iced and/or hot tea and coffee.) I have been eating lots of salty food too with preservatives, which can't be good either.

I used to exercise quite often when I had my bike (I miss my bike), but I wrecked it because some idiot nearly ran me over one day about two years ago now because he was driving like a jackass.

God I wish that guy's nice, brand-new Escalade was within rock-throwing distance at the time looking back now. :angry:

I felt much more energetic and healthy though when I was bike riding but now, I have no bike so power-walks will have to do. Wish me luck guys as I am to start bettering my health tomorrow! :)
