stuck at the top of the citadel

i am stuck at the top of the citadel have taken out the helicopters and i keep running out of time any help

dont waste time shooting the flying things. just shoot at the bubble / the devices around the bubble.

As far as I'm able to guess you need to shoot the horizontal hoops in order to bring out the rotating shields. When the shields are stationary you can't damage them.
