Stuck in Ravenholm, yet again

I am stuck in Ravenholm, as I usualy am in my daily Half Life playing schedule. I'm at the part when you come out of the mines, after the spinning blade thing which goes up and down. I have to run through the boxes and trains and dodge the sniper's bullets. I keep getting killed especially when there's boxes and a little cart thing and there's the logs rolling around. By the time I use the gravity gun to move the boxes I get killed. Any tips?

Are the logs killing you or is the sniper killing you? You should be able to go underneath the side of the car where the logs come from.

and use your nades

Throw a grenade into the first snipers home, and then go on the left side and under the train, and you can go there until you are away from the second sniper.
