sw20.exe error ?

So I installed a new nVidia driver (uninstalled older first) and on the startup an error saying "Error! Fail" showed up (only saying those two words) and after I pressed OK and an sw20.exe send\don't send error appeared(sw20.exe has encountered a problem and needs to be closed..).

I disabled sw20 on start up and the error didn't happen again but my question is if anything bad can happen out of disabling the process.
