Ok, I know we all want to figure it out, so we all can put any clues to the second test in this thread, so hopefully we can figure it out.

Barney is the G-Man and thats why you always see him (Same Person) throughout Half-Life 1. Sometimes you even see him twice at a time. He even was capable of surviving Black Mesa. After all they have the same voices!
