The "what motivates you" thread.

so considering i live in the UK, i guess you canadians and americans dont like eachother, lol?
if its too cold up in canada, move to mexico or something.. rofl
But it's sooooo hot in Mexico. I like Louisiana's humid subtropical climate just fine, thanks. Besides...Mexico is where all the Mexicans hang out. I would much rather move to Ecuador. Ecuadorians are the shit. They've got the Galapagos Islands, too. Yay for boobies.

The Queen, the flag and Great Britannia.
Right, I'm off to invade poor countries and reclaim the Empire. Huzzah!

I'm pretty surprised none of you have killed yourselves yet.

I was about to say "my girlfriend," but what if she breaks up with me? Will I just lose my will to live and kill myself? I think I need a backup...

Mr. Blubber and Dr. Pencil... I always have to do my best to appease both of them or I'll never hear the end of it... lately, they've been saying pretty much the same thing, though, so it's been easy. :D

What is it that motivates you to live. for me it is religion.

Real life doesn't have quicksaves. That's what keeps me going.

not that hard to actually FIND.

but its what you want after the discovery.

Recently things have been getting me down so what motivates me? Amy does, and I hope she knows it.

waking up every morning and seeing the beautiful Mountains of Wales.....LOL.

I miss Wales. Must go back there soon.

An amazing peice of art inspires me to draw something,
a beutiful landscape (preferrably deserted) inspires me with confidence and a sense of bliss,
Emotional music inspires me to be a hero, or doing the next best thing which is completeing halo on hard mode with my MP3 player roaring
an amazing peic of literature or a clever story (like i love bees, the halo prequel) inspires me to write a story of my own,
and daydreaming inspires me to get depressed because i can never be who i want to be.

that my inspiration :)

My incredibly small music collection always spurs me on, also the fact that Im young and when things get bad It will get better. Also the fact that I am me, with the potential to do anything. Not being big headed, Im suggesting that anyone can do anything if they put their minds to it. I feel that if I give up Im letting everyone down.

True, but I miss living next to a beach... OK so it wasn't a beach you'd want to go swimming in, but it was still a cool... and there was something special about sand, sea and snow.

I've not heard of many beaches a person would really swim in...

Well I was thinking more along the lines of the fact that swimming in sand can be rather chafing.

im thinking beaches in the UK *mutant gurgle*

the only thing that truely motivates me is the fact that this is the only life I'll have, after I'm gone there is nothingness

The going with the joke response would be "it's a quicksand thing"

The trying to dig myself out of a mistake response goes something like. "I was using beach to mean a system encompassing both sand and sea. You sunbathe on the dry part and use the wet area for swimming, splashing and urgent urinary requirements."
