Or a medium that can be used to create food

relatively tasteless, but provides a surface - chewy and potentially delicious given the right seasoning and sauces. Is anyone else intrigued by Tofu.. I love it with rice and good sauce.

I say this because the "chinese" dish in front of me has tofu, chicken and rice.. and some random stirfry stuff.. and it's quite yummy.
