Yes, it can be a little bigger. Mines at 50x40 pixels. Yours is 34x34. Your not going crazy. Make it bigger, its funny.

I couldn't possable tell you where I got it as I don't remeber, I have a large folder full of gifs like that one, funny enough thats the most tasteful of them all so It was that or this one..
